ANIMEfringe Reviews!

Welcome to our Reviews section!  This month, we feature a few reviews on animes you might not have heard about right away. Are they hidden gems? Read on to find out! As usual, we're willing to review anything you'll like from Japan. That includes ANYTHING -- Anime, Manga, canned beverages, toothpaste, music... anything. We mean it. So, if you have a review you'd like to see on ANIMEfringe (we'll put it right here on this page with the rest of the month's reviews...) don't be afraid to send it over...

Ujin's Sakura Diaries 1 VHS

Touma is a guy right out of high school trying to get into a good college in Tokyo so he doesn't have to go home and scrub his parents' hotsprings. Well, this underachiever checks in a hotel to be able to study in peace for his entrance exams and the next thing he knows, there's this cute girl, who Touma thinks is a hooker, at his door. Cowboy Bebop 1st Session DVD

Bandai Entertainment serves up the best bounty in all the universe with the release of the 26 episode series Cowboy Bebop on six DVDs, featuring the first five episodes of the series that was Japan's #1 Anime show for 1998. It's a pure steal at $29.99 when compared to other series that are released on eight or more volumes with less episodes per volume.

Trigun Vol.1: The $$60,000,000,000 Man DVD

Wanted: Vash the Stampede. Bring this extremely dangerous gunslinger in dead or alive and you will be rewarded $$60,000,000,000 (that's two rewards of $60,000,000,000 each). But be warned. This ‘Humanoid Typhoon' has left whole towns leveled in his wake. Think you can take Vash down? Think again. Records show that those foolish enough to go up against the man usually stagger away from self-inflicted damage.
